Moreaux LLC develops mobile applications ("Apps"). This Privacy Policy applies to all Apps we publish and explains what information our Apps do

and do not collect.

Summary

Our Apps are built to minimize data collection. Unless an App's own listing or in-app disclosure states otherwise, our Apps do not collect, store, or transmit any personal information, and do not include third-party analytics or advertising SDKs.

Information We Do Not Collect

By default, our Apps do not collect names, email addresses, location data, device identifiers, usage analytics, or other personal information, and do not require account creation.

Data Stored On Your Device

Where an App needs to save preferences or settings (for example, to share data with a widget or remember your configuration), that data is stored locally on your device using Apple's standard storage APIs. This data is not transmitted to us or any third party and is not accessible to us.

In-App Purchases

Some of our Apps offer optional in-app purchases. These are processed entirely through Apple's App Store (StoreKit) in accordance with the Apple Media Services Privacy Policy. We do not receive or store your payment details.

Third-Party Services

If a specific App integrates a third-party service (for example, for cloud sync or push notifications), that App's listing will disclose it and this policy will be updated to describe what data is shared and why.

Children's Privacy

Our Apps do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
